wautEcabm Health Services employs a Task Manager in the following geographical territories in the northwest region of the United States. The regional office for the northwest is located in Portland, Oregon. The map below shows US cities where task managers are charged to bring racial reconciliation and healing between law enforcement officers and the Black community. This effort include a host of volunteers who works closely with the Task Manager to support law enforcement and communities.
