About Us

wautEcabm, Inc. (pronounced watt-e-comm) is a non-profit organization working across the United States of America to bring racial equity, reconciliation and healing between Law Enforcement Officers and the Black Community. Our mission is to provide  opportunities for white americans to unite together alongside black and brown people to Eliminate crimes against black men by rogue police officers and gangsters. Our goal is to increase the life expectancy rate of Black men in the United States.

This effort is combined with the need to provide Police Officers with adequate training and support needed to effectively provide law enforcement services in Black communities. At wautEcabm, we recognize Law Enforcement is an essential part our nation and we are proud of the role police officers play in our country. We salute law enforcement for the work they’re doing and acknowledge the majority of Police Officers in America are courageous, brave men and women who are protecting our nation with excellence and greatness. Similar to any profession, we also recognize that some police officers are bad cops who need healing, training and support to help them effectively provide efficient, safe community oriented police services in the Black community.

Therefore, to ensure the safety of black male life in the United States as equal to all human life, and to protect their rights to liberty and freedom as they go about living on a daily basis, we believe it’s essential to recruit and establish parameters whereby law enforcement officers, ministers, and community organizations become an essential part of the healing process. Consequently, we believe an operational model that support these parameters must be embedded in ‘community oriented policing’ which aligns with a collectivist worldview consistent with the culture of many Black communities across the nation.

In addition to eliminating crimes against Black men, community oriented policing will also serve to aid Black mothers in feeling more secure and confident that their boys and adult sons are valued as equal citizens in the United States, thus eliminating longstanding fear and worry that often grips the hearts of Black mothers. It will also ensure that fathers are fearless and confident in raising their boys to be productive men and citizens, regardless of economic status. This effort will eliminate fear and distrust that many young boys and teenagers feel about police officers and other para-military forces that have caused discriminatory harm to Black men in America.

Subsequently, we believe established parameters and efficient processes will increase life expectancy among black men and foster a sense of confidence and freedom in the hearts of black men to become successful in life, without the perceived threat that their lives do not matter. In addition to adequate weapons, we believe law enforcement officers should be armed with cultural competent skills that will assist them in distinguishing between cultural specific behaviors and those which are threatening and criminal. Therefore, our operational model promotes organizational strategies that support systemic partnerships, education and training, alongside community alliances.

At wautEcabm, we recognize the task is daunting for a nation with centuries of systemic racial practices in law enforcement, and for a community that has suffered discriminatory criminal acts not just by rogue police officers but also by crimes committed against Black men, by black male gangs. At wautEcabm, we are coalescing all of America to become part of the solution.  Therefore, we are connecting corporate leaders with ministers and non-profit organizations to create task forces throughout the nation to bring about peaceful solutions, harmony, and a shared vision of mutual respect, mutual purpose, trust and honor between Law Enforcement Officers and the Black community.
